On a crisp Rocky Mountain
morning, a trophy bull elk surveys his kingdom.
This piece is painted on four wild turkey tail feathers. Included
in the arrangement
are smaller wild turkey feathers, Blue Grouse, Ringneck Pheasant
and Phoenix
feathers. I've mounted the feathers on a piece of elk hide and
added a large
Elk Ivory, polished Montana Agate and clear Quartz crystals.
The double mats
are hand carved, a border mat added and custom Wormwood frame.
